Style selection of electric vehicles

Electric vehicles can be propelled by three main driving methods: wheel drive, mid-drive, and suspension drive. Among these methods, hub drive is the most common for electric bicycles on the market. While it is better for rear-wheel drive, it is not ideal for front-wheel drive due to its relatively poor performance.

When it comes to positioning the battery in an electric bicycle, there are a couple of key factors to consider. Firstly, balance is of utmost importance, as a poorly positioned battery can throw off the entire riding experience. Secondly, convenience is key, as riders want to be able to easily get on and off their bikes without any hassle. With these factors in mind, the ideal placement for the battery is either in the diagonal tube or on the frame's riser.

For most electric bicycles, a lead-acid battery is the most economical choice. These batteries typically come in a 36V12AH capacity, offering a good balance between cost and performance. However, if you're after a longer driving range, you'll need to opt for a higher-capacity battery, as lower capacity options like the 24V12AH battery will simply not offer enough juice to keep your bike going for very long. Overall, when it comes to choosing the right battery for your electric bicycle, it's important to strike a balance between cost, performance, and convenience.
